It is our goal to get your maple goodies into your hands as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day, while orders placed after 10:00 A.M. will ship on the next business day. Exceptions to this commitment are orders that require additional preparation such as wedding favors, special orders and wholesale orders. Orders placed during peak shopping periods, such as during holiday sales or during special promotions, may require additional processing time.

We produce our products fresh every day, and in the unlikely event we are unable to ship within our standard time frame, we will contact you to let you know there will be a slight delay and do our best to expedite the process.

For standard shipping, at our discretion, we will utilize the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS, and we will email you with tracking information at the time your order ships.

Shipping Rates: Orders under $39.99 will incur a shipping charge. Orders $39.99 or more after any discounts are applied will enjoy a free shipping option. Additional options are available if you require specific service or expedited delivery.  If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, these will be considered separate orders. A shipping charge will be incurred for each address, unless the total value of items to a given address is equal to or greater than $39.99, in which case that order will ship for free.

All advertised shipping rates are for Continental USA shipping only. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.  International shipping rates will vary based  on destination. Shipping rates charged at checkout are for shipping only.  Any and all duties, taxes, import fees, and/or related expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
