I love this maple syrup so much, I’ve started giving it as Christmas presents. We will never buy any other maple product, ever again. Thank you for finding me when I was searching for a pure product. First Run Organic Maple Syrup

Oh my goodness this Maple Syrup is sooooo good. I have trusted Mansfield Maple for years and they have outdone themselves again. If you get the chance to get the first run Maple Syrup please do so. If you just want great maple syrup do not hesitate to order from them. Also their maple candy is so good and it melts in your mouth with that great maple taste.

This First Run syrup is light and silky, reminiscent of early Spring mornings in the Green mountains. I like the First Run, Last Run, etc. cuts of syrup...it's like fine winemakers do with different parcels of grapes. Each tastes slightly different and is tells a story of time and place.

The taste of the first run maple syrup is fantastic. So rich and flavorful. Maple syrup at its best.

This is my 1st time purchasing first run maple syrup, and I wasn’t sure if would be much better than the amber I usually purchase. I can say it’s absolutely the best tasting maple syrup I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t have thought the taste difference would be that different, but it was, and it was exactly as Chris had described it; more delicate in taste in terms of being able to let a hint of vanilla be noticed, a bit more maple than the golden delicate, but maybe not as much as the amber, and the color was a beautiful amber as well! For my taste, it’s the perfect balance of the two, and although I have shared some with friends, I find myself not wanting to share nearly as much as I had originally planned to! In fact, just this morning meeting friends for banana pancakes, I filled up a jar of the amber, not my precious first run, to share around the table! I definitely plan on purchasing first run next year, but all the syrup, candy, and sugar is so good you can’t make a wrong choice! I’ve still not tried the dark robust, but it’s on my to try list as well! Thanks to everyone at Mansfield Maple for working hard in some harsh conditions, to bring us a taste of Vermont! Also, thanks to Chris and everyone who contribute to the emails, which helps people like myself learn more about maple products and all the science and thinking that goes into creating new ways to make a great product better while making it more efficient as well!!
